Terms of Service

Who This Policy Covers

These terms apply to visitors and prospective customers who use this website or contact Drycor Restore to request services. By submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, or engaging our crew, you acknowledge the general framework described here. The actual service relationship is governed by the signed work-authorization form you receive before any work begins, that document controls scope, pricing, and timelines, not this page.

Service Area and Estimates

Drycor Restore operates within the greater Tampa Bay region and surrounding communities in Hillsborough County and neighboring counties in Florida. We do not guarantee service availability in every location, if you are outside our current coverage area, we will tell you promptly so you can find a qualified local provider.

Estimates provided by phone, email, or on-site walkthrough are good-faith assessments based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. They are not binding contracts. Hidden damage, water behind walls, mold inside cavities, structural deterioration beneath finished surfaces, is common in restoration work and may affect final scope. A signed work-authorization form, reviewed and agreed to by you before work starts, is the binding agreement between you and Drycor Restore.

Payment Terms and Accepted Methods

Payment terms are outlined in your work-authorization form. Where insurance is involved, we coordinate directly with your carrier and document the loss to support your claim, but any portion not covered by your policy (deductibles, exclusions, or out-of-pocket costs) remains your responsibility. We accept payment by check, major credit cards, and electronic transfer; specific accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of service. Work will not begin until authorization is signed, and final payment is due per the schedule in that agreement.

Liability and Scope of Work

Drycor Restore operates as a licensed contractor under Florida state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in your signed authorization. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by delayed reporting of a loss, or outcomes resulting from homeowner or third-party actions taken before or during our work. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage appropriate to our license class, your adjuster or property manager may request certificates of insurance directly.

Scope changes, additional demolition, expanded drying zones, supplemental repairs, require written approval before work proceeds. Verbal agreements made on-site do not modify the signed authorization.

Insurance Coordination

When you authorize us to communicate with your insurance carrier, we act on your behalf to document the loss, submit photo evidence, and coordinate scope with your adjuster. We do not negotiate settlements or provide legal advice. The claim remains yours; we support the documentation process.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from services provided by Drycor Restore, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication first. Contact us at team@drycor.com or (813) 829-1091. If direct resolution is not reached, disputes will be handled under Florida law in Hillsborough County. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Florida consumer protection statutes.
