Privacy Policy
What This Policy Covers
This privacy policy explains how Drycor Restore collects, uses, and protects information you share when you visit drycor.com or contact us about water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, or related restoration services. We’ve written it to be readable, not a wall of legal jargon, because you deserve to know exactly how your information is handled before you hand it over.
Our physical location is 10798 Florence Ave, Thonotosassa, FL 33592. If you have questions about anything on this page, reach us directly at team@drycor.com or (813) 829-1091.
Information We Collect
When you fill out a contact or estimate-request form on our site, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any description of the damage you provide. We do not collect payment card numbers through the website.
We also collect basic, anonymized analytics data, page views, general geographic region, device type, and referral source, through standard web analytics tools. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use it to understand which pages are helpful and where the site can be improved.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit through a contact form is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site estimate, or coordinate the documentation your insurance carrier needs to process a claim. We do not use your contact details to send unrelated marketing, and we do not enroll you in any mailing list without your explicit consent.
When you authorize us to work directly with your insurance carrier, which many property owners choose to do, we share the documentation and loss information necessary to support your claim. We share only what is needed, only with the parties you’ve identified, and only after you’ve given us that authorization in writing.
How We Share (and Don’t Share) Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. The only circumstances under which your information leaves our team are: (1) you have authorized us to communicate with your insurance carrier or adjuster, or (2) we are required to disclose it by law.
Data Retention
We retain contact and project records for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the services you requested and to comply with applicable Florida contractor recordkeeping requirements. If you would like your information removed from our records and no active service relationship or legal obligation requires us to keep it, contact us and we will honor that request.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of that information, though, as noted above, we do not sell personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@drycor.com.
Because we operate as a Florida-based residential and commercial restoration contractor serving a US audience, GDPR obligations are unlikely to apply to most visitors. If you are accessing this site from the European Economic Area and have concerns, please reach out and we will do our best to address them.
Contact for Privacy Questions
For any privacy-related questions or requests, email team@drycor.com or call (813) 829-1091 during business hours. We will respond as promptly as we can.
