Where we work

Our home base is Thonotosassa, which sits at a practical crossroads of Hillsborough County, close enough to Tampa’s urban core to reach dense residential neighborhoods quickly, and close enough to the county’s eastern and northern edges to serve the communities where newer subdivisions and rural properties sit on clay-heavy soils that drain poorly after heavy rain. From that position, we cover a wide arc of the greater Tampa Bay region: communities along the I-4 and I-75 corridors, the suburban neighborhoods ringing Tampa proper, and the areas stretching toward the Pasco and Polk county lines.

Florida’s subtropical climate means the calls we get aren’t seasonal the way they are in colder states. Roof leaks and storm intrusion follow hurricane season, but slab leaks, AC condensate overflows, and mold growth behind drywall happen year-round, and they happen across every part of this region, from older concrete-block homes built in the 1960s to newer frame construction in master-planned communities.

Coverage by distance

The cities and communities closest to Thonotosassa, including areas of eastern Tampa, Temple Terrace, and the communities along the US-301 and SR-582 corridors, typically see our crews arrive first. From there, coverage extends outward to the broader Hillsborough County area, then into neighboring Pasco County to the north and toward the Plant City and Brandon corridors to the east and southeast.
